I applied and waited roughly two weeks. I received a call asking me to interview. I interviewed the next day, and the recruiter and manager ghosted me. I emailed and asked for an update and received no response. Complete waste of time. Rude and unprofessional.

Really positive interview experience.
Initial conversation with James from talent acquisition team who had taken the time to go through my experience and suggested additional suitable roles in the organisation.
Then met with hiring manager for second stage. general conversation about experience and cultural fit.
Two further interviews with additional senior people within the organisation that I would be working with.
