I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Medicom Healthcare (Windsor, South East England, England)
Interview
The interview process was incredibly long and drawn out. Many of the questions asked were unrelated to the role and felt like an interrogation designed to find reasons why I shouldn’t be hired. It was a very disconcerting experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where was I born and where did I grow up, including my family background? (I don’t have an accent and am British.) It seemed like some form of bias was at play from the start of the interview, as these were the first questions asked strangely.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medicom Healthcare (London, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
Two stage process, first with HR and then with the interim Quality Head. Quite straightforward and started with a summary of my past experiences and how I would fit my expertise with the role's requirements. Role has both medical devices and medicines and a medium-sized team to support. Role was heavily focussed on GDP and RP duties.

Question 1
How would you keep proper oversight of the supply chain?
Not very well planned. Interviewer was more interested in telling me what I should do rather than asking what I can do. Was only 3 hour late from India timr
