Straightforward. It was easy. This role is critical to the business. People are not beating done the door to work here. The current execs have negatively impacted the reputation. I hope it would change, it didn’t.

Questions were topical. Just looking for bodies to fill reqs vacated. It was obvious the execs didn’t understand the business. The people under them were great and knowledgeable. I knew going in it could be a rough ride.
