Interview
Brief phone interview with HR then an in-person interview with the two VPs. Each VP interviewed along with another employee. The HR person gave me her background and talked about the benefits and the history of the company. At the end of the interview, the VP gave a brief tour of the manufacturing facility.

What was a problem you have encountered and how did you go about solving it?
Multiple rounds, questions on experience and what you’re looking for in a career. Gave a good overview of what it’s like to work here. Not super technical heavy, more conversation-based.
