After my initial application I was sent a quick coding test/questionnaire to fill out. It wasn't nearly as in-depth and time consuming as some other interview coding tests I've done, but it was very good at showing you the kinds of things they wanted to know that you knew. After that I had three interviews - one with a more senior member of the team, one with the team and project leads, and one with the manager of Engineering. I think the standard practice would be to speak to the manager first, but timing and such was just weird this time around. Everybody was so kind and easy to talk to and not only asked me what I could offer them, but asked me what THEY could offer ME, which I greatly appreciated.
