Had 2 rounds of interview. 1st was with the SVP, Snr Acc Dir and the HR Manager.
They asked industry specific qns because I was from the same field.
I prepared by studying on the company history, values and the relevant questions that I can ask them.

Why did you want to leave your previous job if you have been doing well
Friendly interviewer who begin introducing himself, company and team structure, daily work activities and expectations for the role.
Imposed fair real case scenario questions and allow ample time to think through answers.

Interview
Fairly ok and it was a quick process. Please note that this interview was conducted some years ago. I like that the interview process did not have several stages like many of the companies do now.
