Interview
There were three rounds. The first two were great, but my interview with Eric Siles (the co-CEO) was awful. He was hostile, condescending, and the job doesn't even pay a living wage ($40k isn't a living wage in 2024).
Long, multiple rounds. Expect to be asked lots of questions. Last round is with CEO. Be prepared to have a sales pitch. Pay attention to how the bosses treat you.
