I applied online. I interviewed at MediaCrossing (Stamford, CT) in Aug 2018
Interview
I interviewed with practically half the office & the hiring manager was not receptive to me at all. They then interviewed me for a different position than the one I was brought in for. It was thorough, but unnecessary because the staff was unprepared to interview me as they were literally pulling them out of cubicles to meet with me. They did not follow up or contact me after, even after I reached out to them.

Question 1
Tell me about the hardest time you had to deal with a client?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MediaCrossing
Interview
Connected through a recruiter, was applying from out of town. They were accommodating and the experience was expedited. Really quick couple phone calls and then long in person interview. I interviewed with practically half the office & then took a technical test. It was thorough if not a bit intimidating to go through so many hoops.
The CEO was traveling at the time but the recruiter made a point to mention that he was super supportive of women in leadership positions, which I found cool that that was worth pointing out. It's true, the environment does have a ton of great, knowledgable women in leadership positions.

An obscure one: if you were a tree which would you be?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MediaCrossing (Stamford, CT) in Feb 2014

The managements was very polite. Interesting questions. They gave me the task right away to test my skills. They were interested not only in experience, but what motivated me to apply and what are my goals in life.
