I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Media.net (Mumbai)
Interview
The interview process was super long & tedious. It lasted for around 2 weeks. There were total 5 rounds. I cleared all the rounds & the HR told me I had a pretty good chance so I was asked to wait. They later rejected me because they thought I will leave the company soon despite promising them long term commitment right in the beginning. They are very unprofessional & didn’t value my time. Pathetic organisation.

I applied through campus. There were three rounds- aptitude test, essay and interview. The aptitude test was very easy. In the interview, the interviewer told that I am from commerce background and it is an IT company so I am not qualified. So I asked that if he wants IT background then why he came to commerce College. However, he didn't not respond. He kept on telling me to apply for job of commerce background. In JD, most of the jobs were either commerce type or needs creativity. He spoke about coding, logarithms and so on which wasn't mentioned in JD at all. If they want students who are into coding or logarithms, they should have gone to engineering college. It is lamest excuse. He should say directly if I am not qualified or something. He even gave a long lecture about IT vs commerce which wasted my time. He should have told directly if I am not qualified. It is not feedback but lamest excuse.
