Referred by friend. I met with manager at a Star Bucks. Given a overview of the job description and product, went over commissions and bonus structure. I was asked to shadow in the field for a few hours. We went out from 3-5:30 and followed the leads that were assigned by AT&T. Everyone that answered was friendly, the manager was friendly, wasn't pushy, and had fun with customers and between knocking doors. In that time I watched him get two sales, each sale took about 30 minutes from start to finish. When I found out the commission he made in those two sales, I was sold. Put my two weeks notice in and joined the team immediately after.
