The process was very involved. It starts with a phone screen or two from a recruiter from HR. From there, the hiring manager will complete a phone screen. If you are selected to advance, a Skype or in person interview will take place, followed by an official offer. The face to face interview tends to include a presentation or prep work to present to the group.
