I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medbridge
Interview
The process consisted of several rounds:
1. An initial 45-minute video screen with the recruiter
2. A 45-minute video interview with the hiring manager
3. Two (45-minute each) peer interviews
4. 30-minute video interview with an executive team member
5. A take home assignment to complete + a 45-minute presentation on such.
The recruiter shared that the team ultimately chose a candidate whose background more closely aligned with the role. While selecting the right candidate is crucial, a more thorough assessment of background earlier in the process could have provided greater efficiency and clarity for all involved.

Question 1
Can you give an example of a high-stakes decision you had to make under pressure?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medbridge (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2022
Interview
I wish I had read the interview reviews here before applying. I was contacted by the company via LinkedIn. I submitted my resume and received a quick response that MedBridge was interested in interviewing.
Things went downhill quickly. The individual I was to interview with did not respond to a single email that I sent them throughout this process.
They cancelled the interview 15 minutes prior to its scheduled time, then resent an invite for a time during standard working hours without asking for my availability. Fine, things happen and people are busy.
I let them know that I was unavailable, and simply received an updated calendar invite, again without asking for my availability. The time worked for me, though, so whatever.
Fast forward to the interview time and I am sitting on the call waiting... and waiting. I check my inbox to follow up with this individual and see that I had received another last minute email. It stated that they didn't realize where I was located, and that they wouldn't be moving forward with the application.
I would like to reiterate that MedBridge reached out to me, not the other way around. Highly disorganized and unprofessional, and a huge waste of time prepping for the interview.
The individual not even display the courtesy to hop on the call when they received a notification that I had joined and share this information face-to-face. Had they done so, they would have learned that I am looking to relocate to their specific area, which is the reason I responded to them when they initially reached out. Instead, they just let me sit there.
Don't let this organization waste your time. Apply somewhere that displays at least a modicum of professional consideration and organizational capability.

Couldn't say. Was essentially ghosted by the recruiting manager.
