I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Medallia (Tysons Corner, VA) in Aug 2018
Interview
It started with the phone screen followed by an interview with one of the managers from a different location. Moved to stage 3 which is the challenge round. Very limited information provided to solve that. As the feedback, I received a rejection but again, no information provided on what happened and where I went wrong. I was hoping they would give more info on what I did wrong so at least I can learn. Nonetheless, it's a great company and I absolutely loved interacting with the folks there since they were extremely sweet and passionate about what they do.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medallia
Interview
Applied and heard back quickly. Screen interview with HR. Second interview with someone at Medallia who asked behavioral questions. Medallia "challenge" was next - this consisted of two different problems. The first involved using VLOOKUP to move and compare data in excel, and the second was a technical writing piece that had me describe functionality of a website. Final interview involved 3 different 1 hour video interviews. The first person ate lunch while interviewing me, sat 10 feet from the microphone and made it difficult to understand by repeatedly talking with their mouth full. All three interviews asked similar behavioral questions. The HR people I dealt with were wonderful, the rest didn't seem to have much interest. I never felt like I was able to talk about why I was a fit for the position, just answered and endless number of "Tell me about a time when..." questions.
