Interview process was very straightforward, answer a lot of questions about yourself and ensure you are seen as a well rounded individual. I had a great experience, also expect a short written test of basic EMT knowledge
Took a 30 question multiple choice test. Easy. Basic EMT knowledge. Once that was done, interview was basically a sales pitch. Actually said that there is a shortage of EMTs everywhere.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MedReach in Dec 2017
Interview
Easy going with personal questions. One on it;s more of telling the management what you you are about. Even with no past experience you can relate that you are ready to work and be a great employee.
