Measurabl interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter, who was completely oblivious about the job or it's functions. Proceeded to ask questions they clearly did not understand and grandiosely claimed the responsibilities would involve multiple capabilities - basically they wanted 1 person to fill the 3-4 roles. Was told i would proceed to the next step and to wait for communication. No response since as i expected validating the other reviews. Don't waste your time here, they are just another saas startup that will completely obliterated by AI.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. 2 phone calls and then 2 Zoom interviews with the 2nd interview being with multiple people on the team. There was nothing about the process that stood out as being different.
