Interview
I applied online, was called within 24 hours of applying, was interviewed by 2 directors, short interview. Casual dress, questions relevant to the job, no "behavioral questions" i.e. "Tell me about a time when......."
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community Association (Chenoa, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
The Ceo's son told me they were hiring and so i called and asked if they could make an intern position for me. The interview was over the phone. The CEO was really nice and asked softball questions.
they were very easy to negotiate. "what do you want to experience or learn" was one of the questions. Because they don't exactly have an "intern program" they are willing and able to mold the experience for you.

Interview
On line application then received a call for an interview, went in to interview and filled out background check information. They checked references and I had to go for a fingerprint in Bloomington, IL. I had to get a physical. Went int to complete all paperwork then I was set up a start date. I had an on-boarding date set. I then started my orientation. It was quick and easy. Happy to be here.
