Met with a recruiter, consultant, CEO, and VP for an onsite interview. It was clear they have no idea what this position should do and the company seemed to be fairly weak in leadership and business experience. All three interviewers gossiped about past positions and by reading former reviews is why past company leaders ran in masses away from this place.
I also was asked to complete an outdated Birkman test that corresponds my answers to traits that do not predict job oerformance or have any known reliability factor. The CEO seemed to be in love with this test and if he matches leaders to his own personality, we'll that may be why the place seemed so distraught and unwelcoming.
