      Sales Operations Interview

      29 Dec 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Elmhurst, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Elmhurst, IL) in Feb 2011

      Interview

I was recruited, like most people that work here. I was emailed due to my Monster.com resume. We schedule my initial interview, which was 30 minutes via phone. The next day I was invited to the office to interview, and that was scheduled for the following week. I was there for about 3 hours, and interviewed with 3 managers and a regional. I also sat with a phone rep and listened to her take a call. I wrapped up with a chat with HR. I was notified the next day with an offer.
