very long interview process - expect to spend an entire day at the corporate campus with 4-5 interviewers spread out in the morning and after lunch. Most interview questions were standard, though a several were quite a bit like consulting case questions on-the-spot
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in Sept 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about a "management opportunity" and scheduled a call with another recruiter. She asked me a series of behavioral questions relating to my current role and experience. Then she told me about the role and what the position would involve. She told me she would get back to me about next steps in a few business days but I've never heard from them since.
