I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The interview consisted of meeting with a recruiter and answering a few standard questions about past employment experiences before being taken on a warehouse tour. After the tour I was introduced to a second recruiter whom further asked more interview questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, adversity and growth experiences. I was than asked to wait in the lobby for a few minutes until a third recruiter came out. The third recruiter asked interview questions in regards to the possibility of working with their organization and how you would see your career progressing over a 5 year period. After the 3rd interviewer I was sent home and told I would receive a call or email after they conducted a few more interviews.
