I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (San Diego, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
As a transitioning veteran the company's HR department reached out to me and set up a phone conversation. We talked for about 20 minutes and it was mainly the company selling themselves. I have a sit down interview with them in a few days.
straight forward but harder. they grilled me with everything and its different for sure. they kept asking me questions about my answer. im not sure how i failed. yes yes yes yes yes
Very Easy basic behavior stuff. Asked me to describe myself and how I am as a leader in different spaces. Told me I needed to be an individual who doesn’t look to be told what to do next but rather self initiates their next move individually in order to be successful at the company.
