Application
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Cleveland, OH) in Apr 2016
Interview
Submitted my resume, contacted by recruiter for phone screen, then advanced to a final full day of interviews at the Cleveland branch. Phone screen asked a series of quick questions (desired salary, walk me through resume, etc) and a couple behavior questions. In person interview began with a walking tour/interview of the office, followed by two one on one conversations, lunch interview with two younger employees, interview with a senior manager and concluded with next steps by recruiter.

Question 1
The in-person interviews were strange. One interviewer quizzed me on the layout of the catalog. They were also quite obsessed with glassdoor "I know what it says on glassdoor, but, we're modernizing." Others: Why MRO? How have you improved a process? What do you know about us?
The Recruiter came across my resume and contacted me. I had not applied for the position. She didn't explain the role well, just that it was a management position. Some of the interview questions were worded strangely.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr in Mar 2017
Interview
Recruiter got my details and reached out to set a phone interview. The call was about 30 minutes and covered the basics - just went through the resume, talked about experiences, talked about the company and the position, etc. After the phone screen scheduled a in person interview for 2 weeks later
