Interview
Filled out an application online, and was invited for an in-person interview. Interview went really well, but I still ended up not getting the position despite my experience and having more than the minimum education required for the role. I have feeling they already had someone in mind, which irritates me because they ultimately just wasted my time.

Interview
It was not a quick process and the description was not clear because in person work is required. IT was not a good experience overall. They need to be more clear going foward.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at McLean County (Illinois) (Bloomington, IL) in Apr 2012
Interview
The interview was very professional but still warm. There were about 30 questions set by HR that my interviewer was required to ask. A lot of the questions had to due with the health initiatives over the last few years such as breastfeeding and immunizations. I was interviewed by the department supervisor and department head. They also went over in great detail the benefits at the end of the interview which caused me to be hopeful.
