McLaren Engineering Group interview questions

I interviewed at McLaren Engineering in Woodcliff Lake, NJ in November 2023. Start to end was approximately three weeks. First interview was an HR screening. Second was a technical interview to review the preliminaries of the position. Third was on-site meeting with members of staff to review specific skill sets for position. Ghosted after low salary band was quoted and I countered with national average for this role. Very disappointing experience.

Interview process was quite straight forward and easy one. Once resume is sorted then job is all yours. I had 3 rounds. 2 technical and 1 management round. Interview panel was very knowledgeable.
