I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McLane Company (Temple, TX) in Jan 2012
Interview
You get one phone interview which screens out all of the REALLY bad choices, then there are two in person interviews. In the first in person interview you have to make a 15 minute presentation about McLane, as well as yourself. This is done in front of about 5 of the category managers and can be a little nerve racking, just be dedicated to the job and you will do fine. The final interview, if you get it, is a sit down with 5 category managers in which they will ask you questions and you can ask them questions as well.
