I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McKinley Advisors in Dec 2020
Interview
It was a casual virtual interview /conversation. The interview was low pressure and conversational with plenty of opportunities to discuss background and experience. I felt comfortable talking and asking questions about the company and expectations.

Question 1
Casual interview with time to provide information on my experience and background. Less pummeling with questions, more conversational and relaxed.
The first step was a telephone interview with their HR representative. Afterwards, I was asked to complete a written exercise. The final step was meeting with members of the team, both with the potential supervisor as well as colleagues.

I applied online. I interviewed at McKinley Advisors in Jan 2019
Interview
I had a 15-minute phone interview with HR. She was very nice and the questions were what you'd expect for the job I was interviewing for. Soon after I did a time 75-minute writing assessment which entailed writing a marketing plan for the ESSKA. After doing this I never heard back from them. I wrote a follow-up e-mail after three weeks of not hearing back; I didn't hear back again. I realize that I did not get the job, but at least send a yes or no back after I took the time out of my workday to do a writing assessment.
