An Agency called Hays contacted me via email about this role, I replied back saying I would be interested, she then rang me the following day and we had a brief chat about the role, working hours etc, she then asked for me to meet her following day, I met her face to face and we discussed things further, she then sent my cv over to McKesson, she then rang me later on that afternoon and said I will have an interview with them and sent me an email with confirmation, an hour later she rang me back saying it would now be a telephone interview as apparently they would have no rooms available.
I had the telephone interview the following day, it was around half an hour, the woman said they were looking for the job to start the following week and I was fine with that and said she would get back to me the following day. I heard nothing at all and waited all afternoon, I then pretty much just assumed I was bound to be unsuccessful as if the start date was next week they would have contacted me, all I wanted was a simple call or email to say I was unsuccessful, I've still not heard anything from them. also not heard anything from the Agency at all. I felt it was pointless chasing it up as 90% of the time if you don't hear anything back it obviously means you've been unsuccessful.
So disappointed McKesson wasted my time initially by changing it from a face to face interview to a telephone one, then not even having the courtesy to give me feedback is simply unacceptable to be honest.
