Emailed received from a "Talent Acquisition" staff member, requesting a phone interview. Asked me I would be available. I sent three dates with three different time windows or NINE potential times to "chat". 48 hours later I received an email from the "recruiter" saying that she was not available at any of those times and what else would work for me. Second exercise in futility - same song second verse. 24 hours later, I get an email asking if the next day would work. I said it would. 30 min before the "scheduled" interview, I get an email from this "recruiter" saying that she did not have my resume and could I email it to her. I was in my car so I pulled over, found a wi-fi connection, and emailed her my resume. She was 10 minutes late in calling me and did not know the city for the position and could not pronounce it. She basically read my resume back to me and wasted my time. After looking her up on LinkedIn, I know why, she was knew to the company and it was her first job out of college. BIG SURPRISE!
