The interview process was lengthy. It started with a telephone interview with a recruiter, then a telephone interview with 2 HR professionals, followed by a 4 hour trip to Avery Island with multiple panel interviews and a tour of the grounds. It seems like a wonderful company to work for and it was apparent that finding the best cultural fit was very important to their hiring team.
