Interview
It was very straightforward. I told the narrative version of how I got into the industry, and why I am interested in the available position. Organize your thoughts before you sit down with the interviewer, anticipate a few questions you might be asked, and be sure to convey a friendly positive attitude throughout the interview, and if you have they right qualifications for the position, you have a high likelihood of being asked to stage for the position.
Easy interview process for a new concept restaurant opening in a historic part of downtown. Interview lasted less than 30 minutes and was very standard with questions from someone from the management team.
