McGough Construction interview questions

Typically of most interviews. Asked fairly standard questions in a laid back easy going setting. Had a phone interview then got asked back for an in person interview. Their process is very efficient and professional.

The interview process went as followed: I had two over the phone interviews which set me up for the 3rd and 4th interviews. During the phone interviews they asked me questions on my background as well as letting me ask them questions about their background.
