Straight forward via the McGill portal, not much to say about the interview - general questions about my Masters, how the position fits in with my studies and how I aim to contribute.

Standard, quick and efficient scheduling, two rounds of interviews and a few questions answered via email. They were perfectly pleasant if impersonal, which I don't fault them for as I am sure many students apply for these jobs.
