4 step process, lots of scenario based questions. Very informal but was told that I’d be offered the job at the end of the interview. It was straight forward and they put me at ease

Sat in the lobby asked questions about what i do in spare time. Also told me what they expect from all parts of crew. Also told me where to go to get my paper work and food handlers card
Quite short and simple, one on one interview and a few questions about traits and how you have handled particular experiences in the past e.g. how you would handle different types of customers

Very straightforward behavioral questions for the 20 minute interview. Mainly, why McDonald's, and what would you do in certain situations. Very friendly overall and were patient. Process took around 2 weeks.
