You rock up, they pretty much give you the job. main thing is
'why do you want to work for mcondalds' --> just list ur personality
they will ask you some behavioral questions- tell us a time where you exceeded the expectations of others.
n most of all they ask you for ur availabiilty ... how flexible your roster is..
Very good, standard questions and very accommodating. They were easy to schedule with and found a time that suited my schedule. It was a very positive experience! This may have been the local management team, but I hope it is on an organizational level

Tell me about one thing someone frustrated you, and how did you react
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
