Interviewer asked the same question twice which caught me off guard. Waited and hour before the interview, they asked a few questions, got rejected. Good thing was the workers asking if I'd like water, bad thing was the interview results.

Easy to talk to. Ask questions and openly talk about past experiences with variety of jobs. They talked about a variety of positions and I was interested in them all.
