For me, I applied online via their careers site, completed an online personality test, followed by a short screening (phone/video/in-person) with a manager which focused on availability, teamwork, and customer service
Easy wasn’t hard, was just over the phone. Quick questions and explained the role well. Easy if you just need a job to get by not long term career goal.
interview was fine. asked basic questions manager was kind and staff. i felt like they brought me in just to interview someone and were not interested in actually hiring me
Fine. Asked several questions which I the answered. They asked questions about previous roles and how I thought I'd deal with difficult customers here. They also asked about my previous experience with food hygiene
