Good process, allowed me to ask all the questions i needed. very successful and happy with the process. i dont know what else to put other than it was a great interview. Thank you management.
It began with a simple phone interview, followed by an in person interview. I met with the GM and franchise owner. In total it was two interviews and the process took about two and one half weeks
The interview was not too bad, the interviewers mainly asked about my past jobe experience and the reasons i wanted to leave my current role, how would i deal with example situations between employees.
