Fairly easy with expected questions and a friendly now co-worker doing the interviews. Some tricky questions about myself but mostly work realted. It included an initial phone screening, followed by one or more in-person interviews with store or regional managers. Candidates are assessed on leadership skills, prior experience, teamwork,
Did not hear back from them even though they said they would respond with a decision after 2 weeks. Not sure when I will hear back but I expected the courtesy of telling me how I did and feedback
Met 1:1 with Manager. They asked me about my experience working with customers, supervising other employees, how I handle stress. Overall good experience. They also asked me about how I organize and if i had experience working with food and sanitation.

Seguida de descrições de experiências anteriores com o ramo, a assim como atendimento ao cliente e gestão de equipes.
