Interview
My resume was given to them through a family friend. Separate interviews with VP of HR and VP of engineering. Interview process involved tours of their two manufacturing facilities as well as sit down personal type interviews. Questions more involved applicable skills, but not so many personal questions. There were not very many difficult or unexpected questions.
