Relatively simple interview process. Straightforward questions and discussion for around an hour or less. Friendly interviewers. Only one interview was required before I was offered the volunteer position a week later.

Everything was pretty straightforward and not much preparation was needed. You had to show your enthusiasm and that you cared about the goals that they company is trying to reach.
