4 interviews in total. 1 introductory with a talent specialist, 1 live product whiteboarding exercise, 2 open discussions (1 with hiring manager, 1 with director of product) about culture, aspirations etc. Helpful materials were provided to prepare for the product exercise, and the whole process was very clear and quick.

Very clear and well structured process. The challenge phase was clearly explained beforehand and we discussed some simple scenarios where we workshopped some parts of the Maze product and looked at ways to improve user engagement

Interview
The interview process was structured, transparent and enabled both me and Maze to learn about each other in a productive manner.
After the initial conversation, we dove into a technical and cultural interview before I received an offer. I furthermore asked for an additional call, which was positively received.
Throughout all calls, the conversation was positive and two-sided.
