The team emphasized that they were prioritizing a 'quick hire' and moved me through the stages rapidly. However, after completing the final rounds and providing several follow-ups, the communication ceased entirely. Despite the initial talk of urgency and professionalism, I was never provided with an offer, a rejection, or any feedback, resulting in a disappointing 'ghosting' experience after a significant time investment.
