Interview
The entire process was incredibly simple and intuitive from start to finish. It didn’t feel like I was jumping through hoops or dealing with something overly formal or technical. Instead, it felt very organic—like having a genuine, two-way conversation with someone who was really listening and responding thoughtfully. There was a natural flow to it that put me at ease and made the experience not only efficient but also surprisingly pleasant and human-centered.

Question 1
Tell Me a time you had disagreements in the group setting and how did you handler it
30 minute interview with single person. They don't ask much questions and your are expected to sell yourself to them. Online via teams. Friendly people can seem easy however is difficult as you don't get much guidance.
I applied online and got a digital interview through a web application. There are 5-6 questions, before each question you can have 30 seconds to prepare, and have maximum 3 minutes to answer. You can have one chance to re-record your answer.
