The interview was compromised of a panel of members and included behavioral interview questions. The panel did not seem interested in knowing about personality and seemed to make broad assumptions on character. Interview was short and didn't allow for mutual conversation.

The interview was compromised of a panel of members and included behavioral interview questions. The panel did not ask about strengths, weaknesses, or goals. It is a little concerning they don't care to know your future aspirations. Interviewers seemed stoic but ultimately lightened up a bit when they were asked about team culture on the unit.
