Usually a panel interview. It can take a long time to get a call back for an interview and maybe even 2 weeks after to get a job offer. They ask a lot of situational questions.

Three interviews with the last one in person. Behavior based questions. The examples listed on here of the questions I found very accurate. I would definitely be prepared ahead of time.
