This is before one year back. I have gone on the recommendation of my friend's father who is from Bhuvaneshwar. First I met Hr Manager and everything was okay. Only thing is that interview date got shifted three times because senior management person was not available. Whole interview process takes minimum 6-7 hours so full day. Second level interview was with general manager of the hotel. This did not take so much time because he was busy and many people coming to the interview area. Also in the interview corporate chef joined for asking questions. Final round was with Executive Director of Mayfair Group. Some questions were not professional in the last two rounds where i was asked some personal questions which made me uncomfortable. Also, during the final round, my facebook profile was checked and comments about my pictures were also made. I think these things are personal and should not be part of the interview.
