I was scheduled for an interview with the Billing Department’s Assistant Manager. During the interview, she called in the department manager via phone, as the manager works remotely. The manager primarily listened in while the assistant manager conducted the interview. I was asked a series of structured, pre-written questions, and she entered my responses directly into the system as I answered. After the interview, I waited approximately a month or slightly less before receiving an update via email regarding their hiring decision.
