Interview
There was no interview. Recruiter called me to ask what is my availability, my past experience, and discuss with me the assignment and pay. You then have to do lots of online tests and pass with an 80%. Next is the background check, which is extensive. It could take up to a few days. The hiring coordinator also calls your references. Once the background check is done, you're invited to an orientation where you sign hiring paperwork and discuss company policies.

It's been a while, But I remember having multiple interviews. I believe the first was a telephone interview. Then you move on to an in person interview. Those were usually with 1 or 2 of the admins. Each were quite easy as they are usually mixed with normal conversations.
You have a face to face interview asking about your experience and trach care questions and gtube questions and scenarios , like what would you do? It was a pretty easy interview

Interview
Friendly staff. Focused on strengths and made sure to explain the process of how their company works. Gave me interview questions before the interview so I had a good idea of what they wanted to know about me and how I work with leadership/ staff and under stress.
