It is difficult to say although it seemed apparent from the time of the interview that the manager didn't feel like I qualified for the job, even though I have management experience. They ended up hiring outside of the company which I thought was bogus. It was a face-to-face interview with the Office Manager and I didn't feel he/she was really listening. Remember, if you ever interview, make sure you list your accomplishments and experience. Focus on your positive attributes and why you would be a good fit for the company.
