I applied online during the weekend and quickly heard back that following Monday.
First interview is virtual, and it’s basically their recruiter telling you the basics about the position and them asking why you want to work here and if you’re able to work weekends.
After the virtual interview, you’ll take a personality assessment. After that, the recruiter will call you to schedule your second interview.
Second interview is in person at their office with the hiring manager. It’s not hard. They’ll discuss more about the position and the pay (16/hr plus commission) as well as ask you more in depth about your work experience and why you want to work there.

I was turned off by the pushy sales nature of the position. MaxHome really wants their inside sales reps to push that free consultation on cold aged leads. The ultimate red flag was that they refer to their employees as “family”. I tend to run away from potential employers who use the F word…
